Dereham Canoe Group take the safety and security of members seriously. Each club trip and river/pool session is fully assessed to minimise risk and ensure a safe paddle.
We have Paddle UK certified level 1, 2 and 3 coaches as well as experienced club paddlers with a variety of Paddle UK awards including 1*, 2* and FSRT (Foundation Safety and Rescue Training). Everyone should be aware of the safety of all participants, both on and off the water, so we ask all club members to abide by the club code of conduct.
